This is a key role in ensuring the school site remains safe, secure, and well maintained for pupils, staff, and visitors.About the role:Working Hours: 37 hours per week Monday - Friday: Between hours of 6 AM and 5 PM.Around £12.71 Per hourWeekly payKey Responsibilities:Opening and closing the school siteGeneral maintenance and basic repairsHealth and safety checks across the premisesSetting up rooms for events and school activitiesMonitoring the security of the site and responding to emergenciesLiaising with contractors where requiredEnsuring outdoor areas and buildings are kept safe and presentableThe Ideal Candidate Will:Have previous caretaking, maintenance, or site management experience (school experience desirable)Be practical, proactive, and reliableUnderstand health and safety requirements in a school environmentBe flexible and happy to work split shiftsMust have an Enhanced DBS check</description>
