The days consist of split shifts that are 07:30am to 9:00am & 2:30pm to 18:00pm. The role is Monday to Friday and running through till Mid July Job Purpose: To ensure the school''s buildings, grounds, and facilities are safe, clean, well-maintained, and ready for daily use by staff, students, and visitors. The caretaker plays a vital role in supporting the smooth running of the school environment. Key Responsibilities / Duties: 1. Maintenance & Repairs - Carry out routine maintenance tasks (e.g., painting, minor repairs, plumbing, and electrical work). - Respond promptly to repair requests from staff. - Monitor the condition of buildings, equipment, and grounds, reporting major issues to the facilities manager. 2.
