The RoleAs a School Caretaker, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, security and general upkeep of the school premises. You will work closely with the school''s leadership and site team to ensure the building and grounds are maintained to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Opening and securing the school premises Carrying out general maintenance and minor repairs Ensuring the school site is clean, safe and well maintained Monitoring and maintaining the security of the building and grounds Completing routine checks and reporting any issues Assisting with deliveries, contractors and visitors Supporting with setting up and moving furniture and equipment when required Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed Responding promptly to maintenance and site-related issues Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school site About YouThe successful candidate will ideally have: Previous experience in a caretaker, premises, maintenance or facilities role Experience working within a ..... full job details .....
