School Caretaker - Llantrisant, Rhondda Cynon TafPay: 15- 18 per hour, depending on experience Full-Time Start Date: 2nd NovemberAcademics is recruiting a reliable and hands-on School Caretaker to work within a primary school in Llantrisant, starting on 2nd November.This is a great opportunity for someone with practical maintenance skills who takes pride in keeping a school environment safe, clean and well-maintained. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the school premises are ready for pupils and staff each day.The RoleResponsibilities will include:Opening and locking up the school premises at the appropriate times.Carrying out general maintenance and minor repairs around the school.Ensuring the school buildings and grounds are safe, tidy and well-maintained.Completing elements of cleaning as required.Identifying maintenance issues and reporting any concerns.Supporting the day-to-day running of the school site.Helping maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors.Working Hours and PayLocation: Llantrisant, South Wales.Start date: 2nd November.Hours: 6:30am-9:30am and 2:30pm-5:30pm.Working pattern: Full-time, split shifts.Pay: 15- 18 per hour, depending on experience.We''re Looking For as a School Caretaker Previous caretaking, maintenance or facilities experience is desirable.Practical skills and confidence carrying out general maintenance repairs.A reliable, proactive and hands-on approach.The ability to work ..... full job details .....
