This role is crucial for managing the financial and administrative operations of the school, contributing to its strategic growth and success.Responsibilities:Oversee the school''s budget and financial planningManage procurement, contracts, and vendor relationshipsEnsure compliance with regulatory requirementsLead on HR functions, including staff recruitment and trainingProvide strategic input on resource allocation and asset managementEssential Skills and Experience:Previous experience in a similar financial management role within an educational settingStrong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and accounting principlesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suiteUnderstanding of HR processes and best practicesDesirable Skills and Experience:Recognised accounting or finance qualificationExperience with school management softwareKnowledge of educational regulatory frameworksPlease note that you will be required to work on-site 4/5 days per week, however, there is some flexibility to work 1 day from home.
