Key Responsibilities: Oversee the school''s financial management, budgeting and reporting. Manage procurement, contracts and value-for-money initiatives. Lead on HR administration, recruitment and personnel processes. Support the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team with business planning and strategic development. Ensure compliance with school policies, health and safety, and statutory regulations. Oversee premises, facilities and operational management. Manage administrative support functions and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the school. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Previous experience working as a School Business Manager or within a senior business support role in an educational setting.
