School Business Manager

EduExec Recruitment is working with a warm and inclusive academy in London to recruit a new School Business Manager on a working 30 hours per week basis with flexible arrangements, including some home working. This pivotal role is central to the smooth running of the school, covering finance, HR, premises, IT, and administration. You ll be supported by an approachable Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team, work alongside external finance and HR providers, and lead a team of two long-standing and experienced colleagues who know the school inside out. With well-established systems, processes and procedures already in place - including a recently upgraded IT and finance package - this is an excellent opportunity to be immersed in school life and take pride not only in the outcomes of your role but in the wider success of the school. We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and ready to contribute across all areas of school business management. The successful candidate will be confident in leading people, managing multiple responsibilities, and supporting teaching and learning through efficient operations.
