Salary: -35,235 - -39,513 (Grade 8, LCC)
Contract: Term Time + 1 Week

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and highly organised individual to take on this pivotal role within the school''s leadership team.

• Lead and manage the school''s financial operations, ensuring effective use of resources.

• Oversee HR, premises, and administrative functions to support the smooth running of the school.

• Work closely with the Headteacher and Governors to deliver strategic priorities.

• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and school policies.

• School-based experience is essential.

• Strong financial management and organisational skills.

• Ability to build strong working relationships with staff, governors, and external partners.

• Knowledge of school business management practices.

• Competitive salary in line with Grade 8 LCC.

• Term time working plus one additional week.
