School Business Manager£20.00 - £30.00 per hourRole Overview:As a School Business Manager, you will take responsibility for the financial, operational, and administrative management of the school, ensuring that the school runs smoothly and efficiently. You will support the Headteacher and the leadership team in achieving the school''s vision and strategic goals. This role is integral to the smooth functioning of the school and requires a proactive, solution-focused approach.You MUST BE willing to work on a TEMPORARY basis and between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 4:30p.m. There will be full time and part time positions available throughout the School year which run for a variety amount of time.Key Responsibilities: Lead the management of the school''s financial resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Oversee the effective deployment of the school''s physical resources, including premises management and facilities. Manage school staff payroll, recruitment, and HR-related matters. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, including health and safety, safeguarding, and data protection. Work closely with the Headteacher and Governors to support the strategic development of the school. Manage school income generation, including fundraising, grants, and external funding opportunities.
