School-Based Care Assistant - BletchleyAre you a resilient, proactive and caring individual looking for a full-time role where you can make a real difference?We are recruiting School-Based Care Assistants in Bletchley to support children and young people with autism and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs within a specialist educational setting.This role would suit experienced Care Assistants, Support Workers, Healthcare Assistants, residential support staff or individuals with a background in youth work who enjoy hands-on work and building positive relationships with young people.Key DetailsLocation: BletchleyPay: 16.00 per hourHours: Full-timeContract: Temporary, with potential for ongoing workStart: ImmediateResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with autism and SEMH needs.Assist with personal care where required.Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour.Follow individual care and support plans.Encourage independence and participation in school activities.Build positive relationships while maintaining consistent boundaries.Work alongside teachers and other professionals to support pupils'' wellbeing.RequirementsRight to work in the UK; sponsorship cannot be offered.Previous experience in care, support work, youth work or education is desirable.An understanding of autism, SEMH or behaviours that challenge is beneficial.Comfortable providing personal care where required.A patient, proactive and resilient approach.If you are ..... full job details .....
