We are looking for a School Barber to join our team and deliver bespoke interventions for pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs . This is a unique and rewarding opportunity to use your barbering expertise as a tool to build trust, boost confidence, and create safe spaces for positive conversations with students. What you''ll do: Provide barbering and grooming sessions for pupils in a safe, supportive environment. Use 1:1 and small group sessions as an intervention strategy to support students with SEMH needs. Build strong, positive relationships to encourage self-esteem, confidence, and resilience.
