We are currently looking for candidates who are interested in temporary Attendance Officer roles to cover staff absence and assist schools in maintaining excellent attendance records and supporting student welfare.As an Attendance Officer, you will be responsible for:Monitoring and managing student attendance dailyIdentifying patterns of poor attendance and working closely with students, parents, and staff to improve overall attendance ratesReporting attendance data accurately and promptly to the relevant school leadersFollowing up on absenteeism and ensuring appropriate documentation and actions are in placeWorking on development and implementation of attendance improvement strategiesProviding administrative support related to attendance records and issuesKey Requirements:Previous experience in an administrative or attendance-related role (preferably in an educational setting)Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with students, parents, and staffExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office or other relevant softwareA ..... full job details .....
