This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key part of the school''s front office team, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

As School Administrator, you''ll be at the heart of the school''s administrative function. From managing pupil records to supporting attendance and acting as a first point of contact for visitors, your role will be essential in helping the school operate at its best.

• Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and visitor queries professionally

• Updating and maintaining the school''s management information system (SIMS)

• Supporting attendance processes and daily registers

• Preparing letters, reports, and general school correspondence

• Assisting with admissions, safeguarding records, and day-to-day office tasks

• Liaising with staff, parents and external agencies as required

• Applicants must have previous experience working in a UK school or educational setting

• Strong administrative and IT skills, including familiarity with SIMS

• Excellent attention to detail and time management

• A friendly, professional manner and a strong team ethic

• A DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one through Tradewind

• Competitive pay: -100 - -110 per day, based on experience
