Are you an experienced School Administrator looking for your next opportunity?Hays Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and well-established school in the Padiham/Burnley area to recruit a School Administrator on a temporary basis. This role is required to provide essential support whilst the school undertakes recruitment for a permanent member of staff and is expected to last for at least 6 weeks in the first instance.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy school office team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school.Your new role As School Administrator, you will be responsible for:Providing front-of-house reception support for pupils, parents and visitors.Managing telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently.Supporting attendance administration and maintaining accurate records.Processing school communications, correspondence and documentation.Updating pupil information using the school''s MIS system.Assisting the Headteacher and wider leadership team with administrative tasks.Supporting the smooth operation of the school office and wider administration functions.What you''ll need to succeed Previous experience working in a school office environment.Experience using school MIS systems such as SIMS, Arbor or Bromcom would be advantageous.Excellent organisational and communication skills.A professional, friendly and proactive approach.The ability to work effectively in a busy and fast-paced ..... full job details .....
