TeacherActive is working with welcoming primary schools across Sheffield looking to recruit experienced School Administrators to support their busy office teams from September.

• Providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors, parents and pupils.
• Managing incoming calls, emails and general enquiries.
• Maintaining accurate pupil records and administrative systems.
• Supporting attendance, admissions and general school administration.
• Using school management systems such as SIMS, Arbor or Bromcom (desirable).
• Providing administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team where required.

• Has previous administrative experience within a school or busy office environment.
• Has experience using SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom or similar school systems (desirable).
• Is organised, reliable and able to prioritise a busy workload.
• Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Enjoys working as part of a team and supporting the wider school community.
