Key responsibilities of the role are: Making and receiving telephone calls in a helpful and professional manner; Directing enquiries to the appropriate person; Monitoring email accounts; Scheduling appointments; Contacting parents, carers and outside agencies as required; Maintaining attendance records; Providing general administrative support to the school staff; Using school systems for visitor-sign-in; Being aware of and complying with policies and procedures relating to child protection, health and safety, confidentiality, and data protection, reporting all concerns to an appropriate person.
