School Administrator in Blackpool- Long-Term Cover

ASAP Start | Monday-Friday | 8:00am-4:00pm | -17.5018.50 per hour

We are currently seeking an experienced School Administrator to join a busy school on a long-term temporary basis, starting ASAP.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, reliable and confident administrator who has previous experience working within a school environment.

• Start Date: ASAP
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm
• Pay: -17.5018.50 per hour
• Duration: Long-term cover
• Experience with Arbor: Essential

• Providing efficient day-to-day administrative support to the school
• Managing school records and updating pupil information
• Using Arbor to maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks
• Responding to parent, pupil and staff enquiries professionally
• Supporting attendance and admissions administration
• Managing correspondence, emails and telephone enquiries
• Assisting with general school office duties
• Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
