Key Responsibilities:Act as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff, providing a warm and professional welcomeManage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficientlyMaintain accurate student records and update the school''s management information system (MIS)Monitor and record pupil attendanceAssist with admissions, enrolment, and pupil data managementCoordinate school communications, newsletters, and noticesProvide administrative support to senior leadership and teaching staffHandle confidential information with discretion and professionalismSupport with organising school events, trips, and meetingsOrder supplies and manage stock levels for office and classroom resourcesLiaise with external agencies, contractors, and local authorities as requiredSkills and Experience:Previous experience in a school or educational setting is desirable, but not essentialStrong administrative and organisational skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using databasesExperience with school MIS systems (e.g. SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom) is an advantageAbility ..... full job details .....
