Job Title: School Administrator Location: South East London Secondary School Environment Hours: 9:00am 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only) Start Date: Immediate Rate: £15.50 per hour (PAYE) Contract Type: Long-Term Temporary Role We re working alongside a well-regarded secondary school in South East London to appoint a proactive and personable School Administrator. This is a key support role where you ll be responsible for helping to maintain a smooth, organised, and welcoming school office environment. The role offers a consistent full-time schedule during school term time, perfect for someone with prior school admin experience seeking a steady and rewarding post. Duties Include: Greeting visitors and ensuring all safeguarding protocols are followed Managing calls, logging messages, and ensuring prompt communication across departments Maintaining accurate pupil records and assisting with attendance tracking Providing general office assistance including filing, photocopying, and data entry Supporting senior administrative staff and contributing to a positive school culture Ideal Candidate Profile: Previous admin experience within a UK school is highly desirable Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to complete one during registration Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks independently Friendly, professional manner with a focus on great customer service Comfortable using MS Office and general office systems ..... full job details .....
