The individual would work as part of our administration team, completing tasks as directed by the School Office Manager. However, they would also need to be a fully qualified first aider, as their primary responsibility would be to respond promptly to first aid calls when required. Rather than being based permanently in a first aid room waiting for incidents to arise, the individual would carry out administrative work throughout the day. When a first aid call came through, they would pause those duties and respond to the incident before returning to their administrative work once appropriate.
