BMS Service Engineer Salary Package: 50,000 - 60,000 + Pension + Bonus + Car + BenefitsJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced BMS Service Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Schneider Electric Building Management Systems. The role will involve planned preventative maintenance, reactive service, fault finding, commissioning, software modifications and optimisation of BMS installations across commercial and critical environments.The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC controls and BMS technology, with proven experience working with Schneider Electric BMS platforms, including EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO), SmartStruxure and associated Schneider controllers and supervisory systems.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on BMS systems.Diagnose and rectify faults on Schneider Electric BMS controllers, sensors, actuators, valves and associated HVAC equipment.Service, maintain and optimise Schneider Electric BMS systems.Work with EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO) and associated Schneider software and hardware.Undertake BMS software modifications, graphics updates, alarm management and trend analysis.Fault-find HVAC control systems, including AHUs, FCUs, VAV systems, boilers, chillers, pumps and associated plant.Configure, modify and commission Schneider BMS controllers and field devices.Analyse BMS alarms and trends to identify faults and improve system performance.Carry out ..... full job details .....
