Scheme Manager - Extra Care Filton, South Gloucestershire £26,557 - £29,508 per annum 37 hours per week PermanentDo you have a passion for supporting older people to live independently? We''re looking for a compassionate and proactive Scheme Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of an Extra Care scheme, helping residents feel safe, supported, and part of a thriving community.Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily operation of the Extra Care scheme Support residents with tenancy plans and new resident inductions Carry out health and safety, fire safety and risk management checks Report repairs and ensure the scheme remains safe and well maintained Work closely with care providers and external agencies Organise activities and encourage social inclusion within the scheme Support resident allocations and maintain accurate records Promote safeguarding and maintain professional boundaries at all timesWhat We''re Looking For: Experience supporting older people or vulnerable adults Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills Experience working with partner agencies and advocating for customers Understanding of safeguarding, risk management and independent living Knowledge of housing management or welfare benefits (desirable) CIH qualification (desirable) Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle is advantageousThis is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference every day while working as part of a supportive and people-focused team.
