      <description>Location: Burton-on-trent | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Temporary | Scheme Manager - Over 55''s Your new company Hays are recruiting on behalf of a reputable Housing Association for a Scheme Manager (over 55''s) to start on a short-term temporary basis based in the Staffordshire area.Role PurposeTo manage the day-to-day running of an Over 55s housing scheme, ensuring resident wellbeing, tenancy compliance, health and safety, and smooth scheme operations during a short-term cover period.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact for residents and external partnersCarry out welfare checks and respond to low-level support needsManage tenancies, viewings, and void propertiesComplete health and safety checks and maintain compliance recordsRaise and monitor repairs and contractor activityRecord actions accurately and escalate safeguarding concerns appropriately.RequirementsExperience in scheme management, sheltered housing, or older people''s servicesStrong understanding of safeguarding and health and safetyConfident managing residents, repairs, and tenancy issuesGood IT and record-keeping skillsEnhanced DBS (or able to obtain quickly)Ability to work independently, full timeHoursFull time, Monday-Friday (typically 9am-5pm)What you need to do no...</description>
