Scheme Manager Richmond, South West London £37,000 + excellent benefits Monday - Friday 8.30-5pm Are you currently working in care, supported housing or community support and looking for a role where you can really make a difference to people s lives? We are looking for compassionate, organised and proactive individuals to join a highly respected charitable organisation supporting elderly residents aged 65+ within beautiful almshouse communities in Richmond. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will be the main point of contact for residents, helping to create a safe, welcoming and supportive environment while encouraging independence and wellbeing. We welcome applications from candidates with experience in: Care homes Domiciliary care Care agencies Supported housing Retirement living Community support Resident or customer-facing care environments Previous Scheme Manager experience is not essential. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to move from a care or support background into a more community focused role.
