We are looking for an experienced and approachable Scheme Manager to provide day-to-day support at a Leicester-based scheme, with occasional cover at other local schemes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with older people, is confident working independently and can quickly settle into a role with limited training. As Scheme Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the scheme and for providing practical support to residents. Many residents speak Gujarati or Hindi, so the ability to communicate confidently in either language is highly desirable.
