Scheme Manager (Princes Risborough and Chesham)Full time (37.5 hours) - 33,054 per annumSupporting Independent Living in a Vibrant CommunityWe have an opportunity for a full time (37.5 hours) Scheme Manager at our supported living services, Waterside (Chesham) and Rosemont (Princes Risborough). You will be working an equal split across both schemes.Both Waterside and Rosemont are shared supported living homes which are home to five and four people respectively aged between 31 and 63.Key Responsibilities:Empowerment and Support: Lead and inspire a dedicated team to support vulnerable people in achieving independence and fulfilling lives, collaborating with social workers and other professionals.Collaboration: Liaise with external agencies to ensure a smooth and supportive journey for each young person.Team Leadership: Manage and support a team of Support Workers and Waking Night Workers.Operational Management: Oversee staff rotas, including organising annual leave and covering sickness. You will be responsible for managing the scheme rota, recruitment and induction of new staff. This role may also require managerial shifts covering the weekend where necessary to ensure full and consistent cover of all shifts.It is essential that you have strong IT skills, the ability to empower and lead a team of support staff to deliver exceptional care and support, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.The benefitsIn return for your hard work and commitment, we offer a ..... full job details .....
