      <description>Location: Amersham | Salary: &amp;pound;34320/annum Bonus, Training, Pension, Paid DBS | Type: Permanent | Scheme Manager     Salary: -34,320   We have an exciting opportunity   for a full time (37.5 hours) Scheme Manager at our supported living scheme, Stokebury House, in Amersham.  Stokebury House comprises of 12 purpose built self-contained flats where we provide 24-hour support to individuals living with mental health illnesses.  As Scheme Manager, you will:   Lead and motivate a committed team to deliver high-quality support  Ensure residents can access and maintain safe, secure housing  Promote a positive workplace culture where everyone feels included and supported  Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to achieve the best outcomes    About you:   We are looking for someone with experience in the care or support sector,  specifically in supporting &amp; empowering people living with mental health illnesses.   You will need to:   Demonstrate a trauma-informed approach in all aspects of service delivery, ensuring sensitivity to the impact of trauma on individuals and promoting safety, empowerment, and compassionate care.
