Your New Role As a Scheme Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a Retirement Living scheme in Milton Keynes. This is a varied and rewarding role where you''ll play a key part in supporting residents to maintain their independence whilst ensuring the scheme remains safe, compliant and well managed. Key responsibilities will include: Managing the day-to-day operation of the scheme. Supporting residents with tenancy sustainment and wellbeing. Carrying out resident welfare checks and providing signposting to support services. Managing low-level ASB cases, complaints and safeguarding concerns. Monitoring rent accounts and supporting arrears'' prevention. Coordinating repairs, maintenance and contractor performance. Ensuring all health and safety and compliance checks are completed. Managing void properties and supporting the lettings process. Organising resident engagement activities to reduce social isolation.
