This includes:Daily wellbeing checks and light-touch supportBuilding safety checks and compliance tasksCoordinating contractors and monitoring on-site worksSupporting residents with tenancy queries and signpostingMaintaining accurate records and reporting issues promptlyProviding occasional buddying cover where requiredThis is a steady, people-focused role ideal for someone confident working independently while maintaining a warm, professional presence on scheme.Hours: Mon-Fri, 6 hours per day plus 30-minute lunch.
