Are you an experienced social care leader who is passionate about high-quality, person-centred support? We are excited to be recruiting a Scheme Manager for our brand-new specialist service in Hove. This unique development provides high-quality, long-term affordable housing for people living with acquired brain injuries and/or physical disabilities, supporting residents to live independently in a safe, accessible and welcoming community. The scheme comprises 28 beautifully designed, fully accessible purpose-built apartments, each with its own private entrance and outdoor space or balcony. Residents will also benefit from our inviting communal areas, including a ground-floor community lounge, an additional shared space on the upper floor, and a stunning rooftop garden offering panoramic views across Hove.
