Scheme Manager

30 hours per week over 5 days

Duties of the Scheme Manager role will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing 37 properties in a brand new scheme, voids and tenanted (primarily decanted tenants from other schemes)
- Having a strong understanding of Housing management and elderly/retirement living
- Dealing with snagging in a new scheme
- Undertaking H&S checks including fire, legionella etc
- Instructing a cleaner and identifying issues with performance
- Reporting into operations manager
- Tackling finances with tenants, including payment plans
- Undertaking meetings on Teams and dealing with full range of IT tasks
The successful Scheme Manager candidate will have:
- Strong experience in a similar role is essential, as well as the ability to fully utilise IT systems
- Housing Management background
- Enhanced DBS check
