Duties of the Scheme Manager role will include, but are not limited to:

• Managing 37 properties in a brand new scheme, voids and tenanted (primarily decanted tenants from other schemes)
• Having a strong understanding of Housing management and elderly/retirement living
• Dealing with snagging in a new scheme
• Undertaking H&S checks including fire, legionella etc
• Instructing a cleaner and identifying issues with performance
• Reporting into operations manager
• Tackling finances with tenants, including payment plans
• Undertaking meetings on Teams and dealing with full range of IT tasks

The successful Scheme Manager candidate will have:

• Strong experience in a similar role is essential, as well as the ability to fully utilise IT systems
• Housing Management background
• Enhanced DBS check
