Scheme Manager

AWC are recruiting for an experienced Highways Project Manager to join our client''s-Highways division, managing structural maintenance and highways improvement schemes across the East of England.

You will oversee projects valued up to -500k and annual portfolios of approximately -4m, managing operational resources, programme delivery, health and safety, quality and commercial performance. You will also work closely with clients and programme teams to plan and deliver highway maintenance schemes.

Requirements:

• Experience managing highways construction and structural maintenance schemes, including resurfacing and surface dressing.
• SMSTS qualification and New Roads & Street Works Supervisor experience.
• Knowledge of Chapter 8 and highways health and safety requirements.
• Strong project management, commercial and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Asta and Confirm desirable.
