You''ll oversee day-to-day scheme operations, working closely with residents, contractors, families and colleagues to deliver a high-quality, responsive service.Salary: £23,149.25 per year (FTE £27,007.46)Contract: Permanent, part timeYour week: 30 hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 4pmLocation: Home Grange, LincolnSnapshot of your roleBe the main on-site contact for residents, keeping accurate records of visits, concerns and scheme activity using digital systems.Carry out regular checks of the scheme, including health and safety, fire safety and general maintenance, to keep the environment safe and well maintained.Respond to emergencies and alarm calls, providing calm and practical support until emergency services or family take over.Support safeguarding by identifying risks, completing risk assessments and working with managers, families and external agencies where needed.Manage repairs and maintenance issues, monitor contractor performance, and ensure work is completed to a good standard.Support residents with day-to-day matters such as lease queries, complaints, anti-social behaviour, community engagement and scheme administration.What we''re looking forA good standard of literacy and numeracy.Experience of resolving conflict in a calm, fair and professional way.Confidence ..... full job details .....
