Scheme Housing Officer Location: Schroder Court, Northcroft Road, Englefield Green, TW20 0EH Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: 2+ Months Working Hours: Mon Fri, 09 00, 37 Hours per week Pay Rate: £ 16.56 per hour Job Ref: OR9946 Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily operations of housing schemes to ensure they meet the needs of residents. Provide support and guidance to residents, addressing any issues or concerns they may have. Coordinate with external agencies and service providers to deliver necessary services to residents. Ensure compliance with relevant housing regulations and standards. Conduct regular inspections and assessments of properties to maintain safety and quality standards. Prepare and manage budgets related to housing schemes and report on financial performance. Facilitate community engagement activities to promote resident involvement and satisfaction. Person Specification Proven experience in housing management or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with residents and stakeholders. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of housing regulations and best practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in using relevant software and technology for managing housing operations.
