Contract Duration: 2+ Months
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £ 16.56 per hour

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily operations of housing schemes to ensure they meet the needs of residents.
• Provide support and guidance to residents, addressing any issues or concerns they may have.
• Coordinate with external agencies and service providers to deliver necessary services to residents.
• Ensure compliance with relevant housing regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of properties to maintain safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and manage budgets related to housing schemes and report on financial performance.
• Facilitate community engagement activities to promote resident involvement and satisfaction.

Person Specification

• Proven experience in housing management or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with residents and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of housing regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using relevant software and technology for managing housing operations.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality service and improving resident satisfaction.
