Manage the day-to-day housing management of designated council housing schemes, ensuring properties and communal areas are safe, clean, secure and well maintained. Provide advice and assistance to residents on tenancy matters, housing policies, repairs, rent accounts and other housing-related enquiries. Undertake regular scheme inspections, identify maintenance issues and raise repair requests, monitoring progress through to completion where required.
