The role offers a competitive pay rate of 18.22 per hour, alongside access to high-quality training and professional development.Essential Requirements:Active enhanced DBSExperience in sheltered housingKey ResponsibilitiesContribute to service development and tenant involvement to improve tenant satisfaction.Deliver a comprehensive Enhanced Housing Management service to help tenants maintain their tenancy, access housing services, use technology appropriately, and ensure effective signposting to other services.Carry out systematic monitoring and inspection of sheltered housing schemes to provide secure, clean and well-maintained communal areas and services.Deal effectively with a range of complex issues with the potential for significant implications for tenants.Report and monitor household repairs for tenants unable to do so, and coordinate deployment of handy persons where needed.Facilitate and promote social activities within the ..... full job details .....
