This is an important role focused on providing a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for tenants while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the scheme. The main place of work will be Newtownabbey with occasional days spent in Belfast. The role is part time, Monday to Friday, 9.00am-1.00pm, with a competitive pay rate of £13.50 per hour. This will be a temporary role initially, for a minimum of 3 months. The successful candidate will play a key role in welcoming new tenants, supporting their well-being and independence, coordinating services, and maintaining high standards across the scheme.
