Can you help us do that? Scheme Co-Ordinator 30 hours per week Based at Stronge Court, Portadown. Salary: £26, 935.76 - £30,244.36 pro rata per annum A bit about the role As Scheme Co-ordinator you will promote the independence, dignity, security, privacy, confidentiality, rights and wellbeing of our customers in independent living. You will also be responsible for supporting our tenants to lead the lives they choose as independently as possible, signposting and working closely with other agencies. This role have the most direct impact in our communities and on the lives of the people we support. We will need you to be flexible in order to meet customers'' needs including occasional evening work. The role will require some reasonable travel to cover neighbouring schemes for e.g. holiday cover so you should be able to travel to meet the requirements of the post without relying on public transport and apply a flexible, smart approach to delivery that will demonstrate that things can be done sustainably and be able to respond to out-of-hours emergencies when required.
