About the Role
The Scheme Cleaner based in Alton will maintain communal areas to a high standard, ensuring shared spaces remain safe, tidy, and welcoming for residents. This permanent, full-time position offers an annual salary of £17,485, with working hours from 8:30am to 1:00pm, Monday to Friday. Key responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining these areas, building positive relationships with residents, responding to feedback professionally, using simple technology to record completed work, and reporting any maintenance or safety concerns. ✔️ Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
