🧹 We're Hiring! Scheme Cleaner Part-Time | Permanent
📍 Location: Alton
💷 Salary: Up to £17,485 per annum (depending on experience)
🕒 Hours: 25 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 8:30am–1:00pm)
Make a Difference Every Day We're looking for a reliable and friendly Scheme Cleaner to help keep communal areas clean, safe and welcoming. If you take pride in your work and enjoy making a positive difference to people's lives, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities ✔️ Clean and maintain communal areas to a high standard.
✔️ Ensure shared spaces are safe, tidy and welcoming.
✔️ Build positive relationships with residents and respond to feedback professionally.
✔️ Use simple technology to record completed work.
✔️ Report any maintenance or safety concerns.
What We're Looking For ✔️ Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential.
✔️ A positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
✔️ Excellent customer service and communication skills.
✔️ Ability to work independently and manage your workload.
✔️ Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
