What you''ll be doing

You''ll help manage the day-to-day scheduling and planning of essential services, balancing customer needs with operational priorities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and overseeing scheduling activity to ensure appointments and services run efficiently.
• Supporting a team of planners and helping colleagues develop their skills and confidence.
• Working closely with customers, operatives, supervisors and internal teams to resolve issues and keep services moving.
• Managing changing priorities and finding practical solutions when plans need to adapt.
• Considering customer vulnerability and individual circumstances when making scheduling decisions.
• Helping maintain high standards of customer service and operational performance.
• Contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment where people are supported to succeed.

What you''ll bring
