As the Scheduling Manager, you will oversee the full customer service function for the Repairs & Maintenance Contractor, including planning / scheduling, customer care, and complaint handling. You will manage a team of Planners and Call Handlers, to ensure customers are in receipt of a satisfactory level of customer service exceeding customers'' expectations.
