12 months +FPSG seek an experienced Scheduling Lead to support a global mobile technology standardisation programme. This role is key to ensuring accurate scheduling and coordination of mobile device upgrades across multiple business units.Responsibilities

Supporting Project Managers in preparing and scheduling employee upgradesTracking deployment tasks using a T-minus scheduling approachEnsuring data sources are up-to-date and accurate for reporting and planningManaging end-user communications throughout the upgrade lifecycleQualifications and Required Experience

Prior exposure to Enterprise Technology Standardization Programs (Provision, Replacement and Decommission of mobile devices)Handling and manipulating large data setsWorking in a technology-driven environmentWorking within financial services or investment bankingDemonstrating excellent attention to detailCommunicating effectively both in writing and verballyWorking independently and collaboratively within a teamPerforming complex data analysis using advanced Excel (5+ years)Maintaining a confident and customer-focused approachNotes

This role requires you to be onsite 3 days a week; a reasonable commutable domicile is expected.Engagement via an inside IR35 PAYE model has already been determined.It is essential to have proven experience in scheduling and data coordination within enterprise technology programmes, ideally involving mobile device standardisation (provisioning / decommissioning).Reward and Opportunity
