Scheduling Coordinator - Aylesbury
Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a Scheduling Co-ordinator for our client based in Aylesbury.
Salary: £25,000 - £32,000
Hours: 8:30-5:00pm
Duties:
- Act as the main point of contact for incoming phone calls and support tickets
- Taking inbound calls from customers and tenants
- Prioritising and assigning jobs to engineers based on urgency and complexity
- Monitoring and tracking assigned jobs to ensure timely resolution and adherence to service level agreements
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of certificates
- Attending regular training sessions to improve technology skills and promote self-service options for common issues
- Proactively identifying trends and recurring issues to develop long-term solutions and prevent future incidents
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and ensuring positive customer experiences
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a service desk or help desk
- Strong knowledge of IT systems
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
