      <description>Location: Leeds | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | We are recruiting for an experienced Service Coordinator / Engineer Scheduler to join a busy and well-established team. This is a key role within the Service Department, responsible for coordinating a team of field-based engineers and ensuring the right engineer is in the right place at the right time. You will be responsible for planning and scheduling planned maintenance, service visits, remedial works and emergency call-outs, while keeping both engineers and customers fully informed. Key Responsibilities  Schedule and coordinate multiple field-based engineers, balancing location, priority, availability, skills and customer requirements Plan and organise planned maintenance and service visits Respond quickly and effectively to emergency call-outs and changing priorities Manage and continuously review engineer diaries to maximise efficiency Rearrange schedules at short notice when required Provide engineers with clear work instructions, site information and relevant documentation Liaise with customers regarding appointments, changes, delays and queries Coordinate with internal teams to ensure engineers have everything required for each visit Assist with service reports, worksheets...</description>
