Scheduling Coordinator Location: Altrincham Salary: £30,000 £32,000 Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9am - 5:30pm) Job Type: Permanent We are currently recruiting for an experienced Scheduling Coordinator to join a busy and growing operations team based in Altrincham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in scheduling, coordination, dispatch or logistics, ideally within a technical, engineering or field-service environment. You will play a key role in coordinating a team of engineers, ensuring visits are scheduled efficiently, customers are kept informed and engineers have everything they need to complete their work successfully. The role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised and enjoys problem-solving when priorities change throughout the day. Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate engineer schedules for installations, service visits, repairs and urgent callouts. Manage daily, weekly and monthly schedules, balancing workloads and engineer availability. Monitor live schedules and respond quickly to cancellations, delays, changing customer requirements and urgent requests. Maintain accurate job and scheduling information within Salesforce and internal systems. Coordinate with engineers to ensure they have the correct job information, site instructions, documentation and customer requirements.
