Our client, a leading organisation in the utilities sector, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service/Scheduling Specialist to join their team in High Wycombe.

What You''ll Do:

As a vital part of our client''s operations, you will be the key connection between customers, engineers, and internal teams. Your role will focus on:

Prioritising and processing customer queries and orders via phone and email.
Arranging planned maintenance and small works by coordinating with engineers and customers.
Ensuring all callouts are completed in line with client KPIs and internal SLAs.
Investigating and resolving customer queries or complaints with patience and efficiency.
Maintaining accurate customer records and invoicing through the CRM system.
Supporting the engineering team with scheduling and diary management.

What We''re Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

A proven record of building strong relationships with customers.
Exceptional communication skills-clear, accurate, and timely.
The ability to prioritise tasks and manage your time effectively.
Experience in liaising with engineers and coordinating schedules (preferable).
A flexible attitude and confidence in approaching various tasks.
