Our client is currently seeking an experienced Scheduling Administrator to join the team due to growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to work within a close knit team and contribute and support a network of field based engineers.
The Role:
- Coordinate and plan field based engineers diaries ensuring routes are planned to maximise workload
- Deal with inbound customer enquiries providing updates and product information
- Processing new customers orders-
- Scheduling annual customer maintenance appointments
- Making sure all compliance checks are completed and issued to the customer
- Generating invoices and sending to the customer
