Scheduler/Contracts Administrator
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established commercial heating and building services contractor in Whyteleafe for a Scheduler/Contracts Administrator (Commercial Gas) to join their growing team. This is a key role within the business, supporting the smooth delivery of commercial gas services across a range of contracts.Location: Whyteleafe, SurreySalary: Up to £33,000 DOEHours: Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm (overtime available)Benefits: 25 days holiday, free parking, modern working environmentKey Responsibilities:Coordinate, schedule, and manage works for engineersOversee job workflows from instruction through to completionRaise purchase orders, process invoices, and manage job costingsWork with SORs (Schedule of Rates) and manage pricing variationsLiaise with engineers, suppliers, and internal teamsMaintain accurate job management system recordsAssist with compliance documentation and reportingThe Ideal Candidate:Strong scheduling/admin experience from social housing, housing associations, or commercial maintenance sectorsBackground in repairs/maintenance contracts for housing or building servicesFamiliarity with SORs, job costing, contract admin, or engineer coordinationExcellent organisation and communication skillsCommercial gas/heating/building services experience advantageousAbility to manage multiple deadlines in a busy environmentConfident using Microsoft Office and job management softwareWhy Join:Competitive salary and genuine opportunities for ..... full job details .....
