Scheduler / Repairs Planner Location: Surrey Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 Type: Permanent Hours: Full-time, office based Sector: Property Maintenance / Social Housing / ConstructionI m working with an established property maintenance business looking to add a Scheduler / Repairs Planner to its operational team.This is a busy office based position where you ll be responsible for organising works, booking appointments and helping keep day to day maintenance activity running smoothly.You ll spend a lot of your time speaking with residents, operatives and internal teams, so this would suit somebody who is comfortable on the phone, organised and able to keep on top of a changing workload.Previous experience within social housing, property maintenance, construction or a similar service led environment would be ideal, although the most important thing is that you are confident dealing with people and can stay organised when things get busy.What you ll be doing Booking repair and maintenance appointmentsScheduling operatives and coordinating daily workloadsSpeaking with tenants and residents over the phoneRearranging appointments when priorities changeUpdating job information and keeping records accurateLiaising with engineers, tradespeople and operational teamsHelping resolve scheduling clashes and missed appointmentsSupporting urgent and reactive worksKeeping customers updated on appointment times and changesGeneral coordination and administration around live jobs What we re ..... full job details .....
